Group Coaching

Group coaching model

Each session is 1.5 hour

Short opening followed by an educational inspiring presentation on a given subject. Closing with Q&A and Discussion.

We meet weekly for 1.5 hours.

​

Each session covers a different subject in line with the goals of the group.

​

What you can expect from the group coaching:

  • SMART goals

  • Learn how to eat a healthy diet

  • Create an exercise routine

  • Implement tools towards a better sleep

  • Learn how to manage stress and avoid burn out

  • Increase your energy and happiness

  • Balance your hormones

  • Get healthy bowel movements

  • A support from your coach and co-participants.

The tools:

  • Goal setting tools

  • Recipes, creative cooking, snacks, menus, how to organise your kitchen

  • Organisational hand outs for work and life in general

  • Individual exercise plan

  • Tools and facts on how and why it is so important to sleep better

  • Meditations and centring techniques and practices

The symptoms and questions are numerous. The solutions all interconnected and easy to add into your daily routines.

Weight loss

Excess weight is not what you think. We will use the group to find out the many root causes and address them one-by-one.

Burn out

Stress is a major factor for many of your symptoms. The body prioritises what it perceives as the best way to help you survive (not thrive!). The immune repair functions, sex hormones production, digestive functions, sleep are impaired by chronic stress.

Together we will look at the group's symptoms and I will offer some education to explain the chemical processes and build up solutions for all.
