Digestive Issues

All disease begin in the gut

When we are not sure where to start we act on the gut.

The digestive track runs from your mouth all the way down to the excretion pathways.

We are what we eat, digest, absorb, convert into its final form and pass through the cells membranes for systemic use.

It is not enough to eat the "right" food. 

A good blood test will indicate your proteins levels, albumins but also fats or cholesterol.

For example if your fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E) are sub optimally low we have to look upstream into your fat digestion and absorption. For this we might look into the quality of your stools (liquid; floating...) and decide to help by emulsifying the fats with lemon and olive oil or help with more digestive supports like ox bile or pancreatic enzymes to ease the hepatic biliary duct pathways.

Dysbiosis often needs to be regulated via intake of binders and very specific probiotics. 

If you are constipated or bloated or have dis regulated bowel movements we will need to address the specific symptoms. 

CONSTIPATION is dangerous and need to be addressed. the good news is that is can EASILY be reversed.
