Green mix smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Water melon WITH SEEDS 2 Cups

  • Pineapple 1/2 Cup

  • Spinach 1 Cup

  • Coriander 1 Cup (or little less)

  • 1 Lemon/lime juice

  • infused rosemary water *optional 1/2 Cup


I use 3/4 of water melon and 1/4 of pineapple. A good hand full of spinach. Same of coriander. You can change the mix for more or less greens.

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in your blender until smooth

  • Serve chilled
